James and Kelly Martinez are the driving force behind Nube Group, combining vision, execution, and entrepreneurial spirit to build one of New Mexico’s most trusted technology and records management companies. As partners in both life and business, they lead the organization with a shared commitment to innovation, service, and community impact.

James Martinez serves as Vice President of Nube Group and is known for his ability to see opportunity before others do. As the visionary behind many of the company’s strategic directions, James focuses on identifying emerging technologies, industry trends, and new ways to help organizations operate more efficiently. His decades of experience in the office technology and solutions industry have helped shape the foundation of Nube Group’s growth and long-term strategy.

Kelly Martinez, Chief Executive Officer, is the executor who brings those ideas to life. With a strong focus on strategy, operations, and client partnerships, Kelly transforms vision into action by building systems, teams, and processes that drive results. Her leadership centers on helping organizations transform the way they manage information—whether through digitization, automation, or modern workplace technology—while also building a culture at Nube Group where employees can grow and succeed.

Together, James and Kelly have built Nube Group around a simple philosophy: technology should simplify work, empower people, and help organizations operate more efficiently.

Beyond Nube Group, James and Kelly are entrepreneurs with several business ventures and a shared passion for building opportunities that strengthen both business and community. Their faith and family values play a central role in how they lead, and they are deeply committed to supporting their local church and giving back to the communities they serve.

James Martinez, serving as Vice President since 2011, brings his exceptional skills in customer engagement and business development to Nube Group. His focus on building strong client relationships and exploring new business avenues has been pivotal in the company’s expansion and success. James’s vision and dedication continue to drive Nube Group towards new heights.

Christine Martin – Human Resources and Controller


Christine Martin, holding the position of Chief Financial Officer since 2016,oversees the financial health of Nube Group. Her commitment to maintainingthe highest standards in fiduciary controls and employee satisfaction hassolidified the company’s financial stability and workforce morale. Christine’smeticulous approach to financial management ensures that Nube Groupremains financially robust and its employees well-cared-for.

I cherish spending quality time with my family and friends, as well as my two miniature schnauzers. Exploring local markets, sampling cuisine at new restaurants, traveling, enjoying music, watching documentaries, and engaging in activities that foster personal and professional growth are among my favorite pastimes. My wanderlust fuels a desire to travel the globe, experiencing diverse cultures and landscapes firsthand. My educational journey includes studies at CNM (formerly known as TVI), the University of New Mexico (UNM), and the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).

Becca Cronin

Becca Cronin – Director of Records Information and Data (RID) Services


Rebecca Cronin joined Nube Group in 2018 and has since been a dynamic force in our sales department. With a rich background including roles as an IT Account Executive and in Vendor Management and Relations, Rebecca’s diverse experience has been invaluable in her position as Sales Manager. Despite working remotely while her husband is stationed abroad, her dedication to Nube Group is unwavering, proving that her commitment truly extends beyond our walls.
 
I love to travel, play soccer and kickball, spend time with my husband and our dogs, and explore local breweries. These activities recharge me and bring a fresh perspective to my work. Dreaming big, I aim to travel to Australia and Europe, and visit Disneyworld, blending my love for adventure with the magic of exploration. I attended Rio Rancho High and graduated from the University of New Mexico, experiences that have shaped me into the professional I am today.

Dominic Ortiz

Dominic Ortiz – Office Equipment Division Sales Manager


Dominic Ortiz brings over a decade of sales experience to Nube Group. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong belief that meaningful results are achieved through determination, drive, and teamwork. Dominic is passionate about helping others succeed and finds fulfillment in mentoring and supporting those around him, both professionally and personally.

A native of Albuquerque, Dominic is a graduate of St. Pius X High School and has continued his education through coursework at Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). His local roots and commitment to the community align closely with the values that guide Nube Group.

Dominic was drawn to Nube Group not only for its innovative approach to business solutions but also for its strong commitment to giving back to the community. He values the company’s supportive work environment, where employees are encouraged to work hard, enjoy what they do, and maintain balance with their personal and family lives.

Dominic’s favorite thing about Nube Group is the culture being built by James and Kelly Martinez. He appreciates the collaborative environment and the opportunity to work alongside a team that is dedicated to growth, service, and success.

Nick Cuadros

Nick Cuadros – Service Manager

 

Nick Cuadros serves as the Service Manager at Nube Group, where he leads a highly skilled team of technicians dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to clients across New Mexico. Under his leadership, the service department is staffed by professionals holding Network+, A+, and HIPAA certifications, ensuring customers receive knowledgeable, secure, and reliable technical support.

Nick and his team have played a critical role in helping Nube Group achieve the distinction of being named a Sharp AA Platinum Service Provider, a designation that recognizes organizations demonstrating the highest levels of technical expertise, service performance, and customer satisfaction. This honor reflects Nick’s commitment to operational excellence and his focus on building a service culture centered around responsiveness, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Nick graduated from Santa Fe High School before continuing his education at Central New Mexico Community College (CNM), where he earned an Associate’s degree in Film and Science Technologies.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys golfing, fishing, attending concerts, watching movies, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.

Looking ahead, Nick is focused on continuing to grow Nube Group’s service department by delivering exceptional customer service, developing a strong team aligned with the company’s core values, and building a service organization that remains both impactful for customers and profitable for years to come.

Nick’s favorite thing about Nube Group is the people. He values the support and confidence he receives from his colleagues and leadership team, which he says empowers him to pursue ambitious goals and continuously improve the service experience for customers.

Angelina Martinez

Angelina Martinez – Administrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinator

Angelina leads Nube Group’s marketing and social media efforts, helping the team share the company’s story and connect with customers and the community. She enjoys working on creative projects that promote the business and contribute to its growth.

Before joining Nube Group, Angelina gained retail sales experience working in a salon environment where she assisted customers and sold professional hair products. This experience helped her develop strong customer service and communication skills.

Angelina attended Legacy Academy in Albuquerque and is currently attending Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School.

Angelina’s favorite thing about Nube Group is working on meaningful projects that benefit the business and participating in the company’s team events and activities that make the culture unique.

Shannon Shimada

Shannon Shimada – Production Manager, RID Services


Shannon has been with Nube Group since 2023. Starting as a Document Specialist, she worked to prepare, inventory, and digitize documents, ensuring quality work for clients. She became the Team Lead for the Production department in 2024, leading the department in handling projects with speed, efficiency, and accuracy. In 2025, she became the Production Manager, expanding her skill set to adapt our strategies  client software and technologies as well as working hand in hand with Records Management to organize client materials, assign accurate retention dates, and provide clients with digitized filing systems that are organized, thorough, and streamlined.

Shannon was initially brought to Nube Group by her desire to assist clients with managing their records. She’d always enjoyed handling paperwork, and learning and understanding the functions of each document, and was provided with the opportunity to expand her knowledge in this area by joining Nube Group. She has always had a passion for helping where she can and Nube Group provided a path for growth and a deep care for the work we do and the communities and clients affected by this work.

Shannon graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Digital Arts with an emphasis in Film History and Criticism from the University of New Mexico. She has a deep passion for film and spends her spare time curating a large physical media collection and at the movie theater.

Shannon’s favorite thing about Nube Group is the people she works with. Her coworkers and employees are not only experts in their field and highly efficient at their work, but they are good-natured, caring, full of life, and inspiring. She holds great admiration for the culture and community this company has been able to nurture.

Stephanie Breese – Manager of Records Management

 

Stephanie Breese is a valued member of the Nube Group team who appreciates the company’s collaborative culture and commitment to achieving shared goals. She enjoys being part of an organization where departments work together to support customers and drive the company forward.

Stephanie joined Nube Group because of the strong work-life balance the company promotes and the supportive environment it offers its team members.

She attended PIMA Medical Institute, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Respiratory Therapy. Her background reflects a dedication to service, attention to detail, and helping others—qualities she brings to her role at Nube Group.

Stephanie’s favorite thing about Nube Group is the strong collaboration between departments, which allows the team to work together effectively and achieve the company’s goals.
